CHM Handyman Service
CHM Handyman Service, in its current form, has been serving Lancaster, Wilmer, Hutchins, DeSoto, Duncanville, Red Oak, Ferris, and the Southern Dallas area. It began when a family of concerned Lancaster citizens started providing emergency food and clothing.
The emergency assistance programs are designed to provide immediate assistance to meet basic human needs. Though guidelines exist for each program, they remain flexible to insure that legitimate needs are met.
